General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable or out of stock upon order placement and online payment confirmation, we will contact and keep you informed regarding the product unavailability. The total payment amount paid for the order will be refunded to your original mode of payment. 

Delivery Areas 

Products listed on our website are only available for local deliveries within Al Ain. Any deliveries outside our shipment locations are not available at the moment.   

Delivery time 

Orders placed before 10 pm on a particular day will be delivered on the next day. It will take approximately 24 hours to deliver your order. For orders placed after 10 pm, the delivery time will be assigned according to shipment availability. 

However, we will try our best to complete your order within 24 hours, unless there are unavoidable circumstances.  

Please note that the delivery time may vary due to acute weather conditions, delivery locations, items ordered, shipment methods, and delivery procedures.   

Delivery Instructions & Notes 

Any special notes or instructions related to delivery can be provided on the check-out page at the time of placing your order. 

Delivery Procedure 

Once the order is confirmed, the items will be transported by refrigerated vehicles. Your entire order will be handled with care to ensure hygiene and the quality of the items delivered to your doorstep. As the best shipment practice, our reefer containers/vehicles always maintain a temperature level between 0°C to +2°C.   

Shipment Charges 

Shipping charges will be billed on the total amount of your order and mode of delivery. If the total order amount is less than our minimum order value,

To get an estimation of your order value, add the items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. It will calculate and display your estimated delivery charges. 

All the charges and prices listed here are excluding VAT. 

Damages during transportation 

The customer has to check the items thoroughly as soon as delivered to them, and if any defect is encountered, simply return the products at the same time.
